I wanted to give a thankyou to a young lady from your Store that helped me to try to find a dog sitter, so we could visit a National Park. I cannot recall her name but wow.. what kind, above and beyond customer service!.We also bought pet things during our stay and the help and customer service was always 5 Stars! 🌟 Thankyou again! …

Very friendly staff and a fun place to take my doggo. Nice selection of products. A bit pricey, although that may be because there are no other places in Albany with anywhere near the range of quality products... at least to my knowledge! Hydrobath is popular (I haven't tried it). On my most recent visit they had very cute kittens for adoption at reasonable price considering vaccinations/ microchips/ flea+worm treatment etc. Excellent place for buying different brands of single protein frozen BARF dog food at reasonable price.

Steph was so helpful. We have a fussy Groodle that has been off her food. With Steph’s help we were able to get Bailey back eating again. The shop there has everything you would need for your pet and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing staff, all very helpful and welcoming. How ever there is now NO DOG GROOMING. But a DIY Dogwash is provided for a great bargain at 10 dollars per 10 minutes with all the functions you will need.

Went in to set up a fishtank we inherited. Got some great advice and service from the friendly staff who were very patient as we dithered over decisions. So glad they were able to guide us and as a result have very happy kids with their very pretty new pet fish Prince.
